Orders must be placed through our official website only. All prices are listed in INR and are subject to change without notice. We use secure payment gateways. Orders may be canceled if suspected of fraud or policy violation. You will receive a confirmation email after successful order placement.

4. Shipping and Delivery
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Estimated delivery time is displayed at checkout. We are not liable for shipping delays caused by courier partners or inaccurate delivery information provided by customers.

5. Returns, Refunds and Exchanges
Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery. Products must be unused and returned with original tags and packaging. Refunds, if approved, are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method or via bank transfer/store credit for COD orders. 6. Limitation of Liability
Surya Papad is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from product use. Users must follow storage and usage instructions provided with each product.
