Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once dispatched, deliveries are typically made within 7 working days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays. During high-demand periods such as festivals or promotional sales, minor delays may occur. In case of a significant delay, our team will notify you via email or phone. We appreciate your patience during such times.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges are automatically calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the size or weight of your order. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and external courier conditions. Bulk or large-item orders may require extra handling time and could be shipped separately. We always aim for the fastest and safest delivery possible.

Shipment Confirmation and Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email that includes a tracking number. Please note that tracking details may take up to 24 hours to update after dispatch.

Customs, Duties and Taxes (for International Orders)
Surya Papad is not responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees during international shipping. These charges must be borne by the customer and are subject to your local laws and regulations.

Damages During Shipping
We pack every product with care. However, Surya Papad is not liable for any damage or loss incurred during transit by third-party couriers. If your order arrives damaged, please keep all original packaging and the damaged item(s), report the issue to the shipping carrier to start a damage claim, and inform our support team so we can assist you with the process.
