Return Policy
You may request a return within 7 days of delivery if the product you received is damaged or defective, you received an incorrect item, or the item has a major manufacturing defect. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition. All packaging must be intact and unaltered. Returns will not be accepted for minor differences in color or texture due to screen settings, taste preferences, or damage caused by improper storage or handling after delivery.

Exchange Policy
You can request an exchange within 7 days for incorrect or defective items. Exchange requests are subject to stock availability. If we are unable to fulfill the exchange, we may offer an alternative product or a full refund.

Refund Policy
Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds are made via the original payment method. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds are issued via bank transfer or store credit, based on your preference. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was on our side.

Warranty and Support
Surya Papad does not offer manufacturer warranties unless explicitly mentioned on the product page. However, we perform strict quality checks before dispatch. If you face any issue, our support team is here to help.

Please include your order number, reason for return or exchange, and clear photos of the issue if applicable.
